Capture of artillery in FoGII

The adaptation of my mod for P&S:
1) Artillery units always remain on the battlefield. If this unit is defeated it will have the "Dispersed" status with its dead artillery crew;
2) Only non-light infantry unit can capture the artillery unit with a repeat charge (after a mellee), cavalry and light infantry don't. Morale state of the artillery is equal to the infantry unit;
3) If a friendly unit is within 1 square of the artillery unit, it regains control of this artillery next turn. Morale state of the artillery is equal to the unit;
4) AI is also 'trained' to capture player's artillery.
