CNAW Need Help please

Hello,
first at all Id like the commander series very much and played all three titles very often many years ago.
In the last days I installed CEAW new and it runs perfect as version 4.00 with the slitherine launcher under windows 10 in high resolution.
By the way....great game.
But CNAW ....I installed it without any antivirus programm, but the game do not start after the autorun ( loading, loading.loading....).
Other directory....run as admin...the game do not run.
And the comfortable slitherine lauchner do not exist.
So maybe somebody have a idea to run the game ?
