Can‘t Start Multiplayer on Console (Ps4)

Hey there.
I want to Start a few times a Multiplayer live Match, but the Game allows no Connection between us.
I dont see any other Match either.
Are there no Servers for console to Play multiplayer? Or is that a bug?
