delete games won't go away

When I delete OOB games and game turns on my PC, the next time I start a game all the deleted games are reloaded into the saved games folder. Is there a way to block this or stop this?

HAve you bought the games via Steam? Steam has a "cloud" feurure that you will have to turn off in the Steam settings if you did.
