Hi,

Since late morning I have not had any e-mail alerts re turns.

Just had a player complete a turn within the las hour - no e-mail alert letting me know the turn was ready to play?

Anyone else having problems?

OK so again turns this morning and no e-mail notification but some of my Oppos are getting them? Also I am getting e-mail alerts re updates to threads.

I really rely on the e-mail updates so hoping they can be restored?

Bump, any support on what's happening?

What's the procedure to let Slitherine know about these issues?

Having said that, I counsel patience, the IT team appear to be updating the PBEM notification system and probably haven't yet finished.

Just to be sure, I have emailed the person who is in charge of such things, and am awaiting a response.

Yes, it was fixed about 30 mins ago, I have been testing it. The fix apparently only works for games updated since then.
