(1.9.2)Recaf Leaves not visible

In my game, the terrain feature "Recaff Leaves" is not visible:
As you can see, I can tell Recaff leaves are there. I jsut can not see the model.
I actually had this bug for a very long time. I just only got around reporting it now.
