Troop quality, morale and cohesion test

I have a question about cohesion test and troop quality.
Exactly what influence troop quality has on the test. (I know theories about FOG1).
Second question. importing battles From FOG Empires into Fog2.
It often happens that the units have the troop quality 200. Is this how the TQ affects the cohesion test?
Does a morale elite unit with a TQ 100 or 200 do the same?

My understanding is that there are only 3 levels of troop quality that impact Cohesion Tests. Your units are throwing 2 x d6's and have to roll better than some number with modifiers. Raw units have to re roll 6's. Superior (and better) units get to re roll 1's. A good approximation I have found is that Raw units effectively have a -1 to their CT's, while Superior have a +1. It's not exact but fairly close.

As SnuggleBunnies say, the statistics in that Pike and Shot guide apply equally to FOG2 Ancients and Medieval.

I am not entirely sure what you mean. If you are referring to the values in the export file, these are modifiers that affect the base values of the FOG2 units that the Empires units are translated into. They are not absolute values.
