Clone of World Championship Round 3 map

I have really enjoyed playing the Round 3 Moscow map, so I have basically cloned it. It is close enough to the original, but answers to three questions would be very helpful...
1) What are the weather percentages?
Currently set to same values as the Moscow map in the main campaign, with the exception of river freezing being removed. The Soviet player does not get any weather forecast, which I am guessing was an oversight by whoever converted the map to multiplayer, but since the Soviets are more likely to win I am leaving it that way.
2) What are the total prestige points available per side, including cost of preexisting units?
Based on my notes from my initial deployment, it looks like each side has about 12,200 prestige available. From looking at the scores of completed matches where the players each won one of the games, it looks like the Soviet position has a definite advantage, so I plan to make a small adjustment in favor of the Germans.
3) Are all the pre-deployed German units at 2 stars experience? If not, how many of each type are?
I'm working on a test playthrough, once that is done and I have answers to the above (or get tired of waiting) I will share it if there is demand.
