Disgraceful behaviour

As I'm getting nowhere using the "contact Help Desk people" .. I'll try here ...

Yesterday I bought a Game from Slitherine and after a few attempts it downloaded but requested
a serial number given with my email receipt. That never worked!!!
I've tried contacting them thru the requested channels but no luck whatsoever.

This is a disgrace.

Have you sent an email with all of the related details to Support@slitherine.co.uk?

Did you buy the game directly from our website? If so you should be able to see your key(s) using the "My games" page.
