I installed the game on a new laptop and the graphics freeze up every time. Sometimes I can get through to the first chapter of the Campaign, or start a skirmish and that's all. I performed a clean install of each file individually and even ran the OptionsCleaner file found from another thread.

check to see if you AV or firewall has blocked a file from the game from starting, or run as admin on the shortcut, and make sure you disable any game overlays, like anything pre loaded from the motherboard as the MSI and others are known to conflict or cause errors in some games, so a clean start up is always good advice
