yellow strengths indicating a lack of
Air Supply :

instead of
+1 for Axis forces, it should be
-3 as a result
PS: maybe this old Air Supply bug in the Editor is the raison of this Air Supply Bug in this scenario

The German air supply case is not a bug, I wanted them to be undersupplied at the beginning to reduce the impact of Stukas. The player also has air supply problems at the beginning so it is a case for both sides.
