Merging damaged prototype units

Hi. I have 2 similar prototype tank units which are damaged and can no more be fully repaired. Is there a way to fuse those 2 units into one, adding their remaining repair points ? Thanks.

Upgrade one to other equipment, and reinforce the other one with what you get from this.
