In short, I'm having ALOT of fun with this game! Just came off of another playthrough, and would just like to give you my suggestions for improving the overall experience, if this is the right place to make suggestions, that is. First and foremost, I'd REALLY like to see some voice acting for the units when you select them. For example, you click to select a unit of Rifle Troopers. They would say something like, "Good to go!" Then you click on a destination where you'd like the unit to go, and then they'd say, "On the bounce!" or, "We're on the bounce!" Something like that. I personally think it would make your Troopers feel more alive than the "Stoic Silence" they currently give you, and provide a lot more in the way of immersion, too. I don't know how much of a budget you guys have right now, but maybe it could be something to include in a future patch.
Second thing, please, please, PLEASE include a customization option for your Troopers! Nothing big, just the ability to select an insignia and name for them is all. And if you can't think of a name yourself, you could hit a button marked "Random" to have the game automatically generate one for you (kind of how SWTOR does at character creation). And the third and final thing is to include more animations to both the Troopers and the Arachnids. I would really like to see my Troopers send the limbs of the Bugs flying when they shoot them, and even have my Troopers covered in ichor when it happens, just like in the film. As I said, all of these suggestions could easily be in a future patch, I just thought I'd share some ideas I had off the top of my head while playing.
