No order issue

Hi Folks,
playing a game of the ongoing tourney (Byz endures) I got into this situation in which I couldn't order shooting. I think that's it, because it seems that other orders should be impossible (except charging, but I wont do it).

Have you tried to turn first to face your enemy, then shoot ?

Hi Athos,
as far as I remember, I couldn't issue any order. The unit was stuck.

You can't issue orders because the unit is pursuing. ("Verfolgt" on unit UI at the bottom of the screen)
Assuming that it was pursuing the broken enemy lancers, they are mounted troops still within 2 squares of the routers, so the pursuit does not automatically end.
