I am working with the Panzer Corps Wehrmacht Scenario Editor. The guide to the scenario editor that you can access through HELP is okay as far as it goes. However, the information is a bit thin in places. For example under "scenario prams" "Victory conditions" and "actions".

Does anyone know of a online source for Scenario editor instructions?

I would look through here and then post any questions in that thread specific to the topic.
