Slitherine

I have been with no internet for a few months and actually reside in Italy, I would have liked to upgrade the full package of the different versions of Master (Caster) of Magic, but I have different types of errors when I try from the launcher, for exemple for Caster of Magic V1.3.1.01 "Error : Update information for Caster of Magic could not be downloaded, please contact Slitherine for help". I have other Slitherine products which upgrade normally. Please help: Is there an upgrade package that I could load separately?

Please help me, I haven't received any answer to my previous request to solve my problem with the upgrades: I have seen a new upgrade, have tried today and I have the same error message which say that Slitherine upgrade controler on my Pc doesn't find any upgrade...

I never update with the launchers.
I, always, go to 'My Page' where all my games are stored & download what I need from there.
