Suggestion for acknowledged Limited Stock Transports issue

As has been mentioned, the fact that, when playing with the Limited Stocks Challenge, Transports, including Horse Wagons, are available in limited quantities results in a quite obnoxious experience.
However, the announced fix of not making Transport stocks limited is I think a bit too generous.
What I suggest is that Horse Wagon Transports be unlimited sure, just so that one isn't stuck with nearly-immobile guns, but that Motorized and Mechanized Transports still be limited. It would inject a welcome, I wager, degree of authenticity to still have some Horse Transported Guns well into the war.
