Could some knowledgable player please explain to me how these parameters from squads.csv work?

1 AP Accuracy
2 Target Size Accuracy Factor
3 Target Agility Accuracy Factor

I am trying to figure out my tank vs tank combat (player only, I'm not a designer). I've understood penetration calculation, but accuracy remains unclear.

The best way would be to search in the scripts (use Notepad++ as per the instructions below). Searching on the attribute strings will bring up where they are used. Then you are getting the logic straight from the horse's mouth (as it were).
