Panzer Corps Records tool?

Can anyone suggest free app to record Panzer Corps game for YouTube.
I have tried Fraps, but it doesn't seem to find the PzC Screen.
I also tried OBS, a bit tricky to configure, and the result is only partially good.

and only, be careful of the frame rate it should be 60

Thanks all for your help. I have read and watched OBS tutorial too.
I'm not completely lost with OBS as I can record other games.
Unfortunately I cannot get a decent result with PzC. I do get the record of the PzC screen but movement overlays are laggy and out of sync. And sometime the mouse cursor move to activate next unit for movement and attack, I do get the sound but the image doesn't update.
Here's my Sources Setup
1-Game capture (capture any full screen application)
2-Screen capture
3-Audio input capture.
I have setup recording to 60FPS and Full HD resolution.
I wonder if the issue comes from the encoder, apparently my driver doesn't support NVEC hardware encoder, so I use the built in software encoder.

Could be the encoder, in my case OBS worked fine, you can check this video I made:

Maybe you should try to restore the OBS to default settings and change only the frame rate to 60 FPS value

Thanks for the feedback.
Actually I manage to capture PzC video if I set the PzC Game in window mode, unfortunately this give a white border and annoying white screen flash when I click end turn or enter the purchase screen.
So the good news is that my hardware is good enough.
For this to work I select Window Capture as a Source in OBS. So watching your video, I'm curious about which source do you use, Game Capture, or Screen capture?

I use screen capture.
I attach my settings when exporting the file, to find them look for advanced settings in OBS

Apparently it was a hardware problem with my old PC. OBS now works fine on my new up to date computer.
