campaign with limited stock

I plan to start a campaign with the limited stock option, I noticed that transport is not available for arty / aa and at .... do you have any ideas to remedy this problem? thank you for your solutions

I'm waiting to play PC2 until there's a patch, because now I don't want to play without Limited Stock, but I can't play without transports. I'm afraid I don't have any other suggestions.
