I have a problem:

I have a saved game, where i completed axis operations 1939 - and in this game i had the traits 'Denied Artillery' and ' Retrograde' (among others).

When I import this game to axis operations 1940 - its like these traits are still active, even though i don't choose any traits in the selection?
This mean for example, that I cant buy paratroopers, or any artillery.

If I start a new game in axis operations 1940, then there is no problem with buying paratroopers or artillery.

Is it a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
Do anyone have a solution?

Denied Art and Denied Air hold for the first scenario of the new AO.
On the second scenario you can purchase them. I assume it holds for Retrograde as well.

Wether this is a bug or intentional is not known.
