how to convert spanish version to english

Need help i have download spanish version but i cant understand anything how to convert in english help 
Where did you download the version from? Was it Slitherine or another store?
I'm not sure why you would purchase the Spanish version if you wanted it in English. If I remember correctly those versions were not multi-language.
