pacific campaign specialisation description bug

The specialisation after flight school is spec_reds_tails_title with similiar description.

There are three new air specs. These are most probably work-in-progress destined for the next official campaign.
Note for instance that the US 'Combat Box' is dependent on the British (only) 'Bomber Stream'.

ah the red tails one, that is the bug, my OP is updated with screenshot. So it's supposed to do nothing for now?
looking at the other new spec based on your table, the combat_box also bugged

But not with Air offensive, the description is working.

These are added in prep for the next DLC and not fully functional yet. Something like Red Tails will also be deactivated for the Pacific cam finally.
