A few questions regarding modding

Hello all,
I have a few questions regarding the feasibility of modding in various features for this game and SJ.
1. Is it at all possible, through editing the game files, to emulate the “move multiple units at once” functionality seen in FOG2?
2. Is it possible to delegate friendly troop movements to the AI, and to control this AI behavior dynamically? I understand that AI parameters can be set bitwise during scenario design, but was wondering if it is possible to change this behavior during a scenario.
The CONOPS I have in mind is the player giving orders to designated “commander” units (e.g. changing their behavioral parameters) and the AI taking those parameters into account for moving friendly units.
3. Building off (1), is it possible to implement the selection of multiple units simultaneously for a single move order?
EDIT: 4. Is it possible to introduce the Autofill functionality seen in FOG2 to P&S/SJ by modifying the game files?
