Very advanced notice that the Burton weekend will be back in 2022, having missed 2021 for obvious reasons.

26th & 27th February 2022 at The Town Hall, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2EB. FOG R Doubles 900 points £35 per team. Early 16th century Europe 1494-1555AD. Armies allowed are;
Maximilian Imperial, German States, Italian Wars French, Trastamara Spanish, Italian States, Italian Wars Venetian, Early Henrician English, Scottish, Border Reivers, Irish, Anglo-Irish, Swiss, Caroline Imperialist (no African options), Later Henrician English.

Amended rules and points as per the Slitherine forum.
Any heavy artillery used must be the first battlegroup(s) deployed, followed immediately by any medium artillery used.

That is a good turn out for FOG R - 10 teams.

You could have guest the armies some teams are using. - Lynnette the Swiss and Paddy the Scots.

It will be interesting to see how the Border Reivers work out. I expect lots of Xbow armed LH.
