PanzerCorps Gold - No additional campaigns

Greetings,
I've purchased PanzerCorps Gold Edition from Steam. I love the game, but the additional campaings (Afrika Corps, Soviet and Allied) appears as "not installed" and the game ask me to purchased it again.
How can I solve this problem?
