Reconquista tournament scoring issue

Opponent in round one didn't post a turn in either battle until the 13th. We played a handful of turns over the next week and both games timed out. We both got awarded the bye score for one game each - 75 pts apiece. Overall inbox time for both games was roughly ten days for my opponent, and four days for mine. In these circumstances I'd be expecting to get awarded the bye score for both games, as per the rules.
What I think has happened is that the game that started in the inbox of my opponent has been timed from the moment he began deployment - almost a week in, with the inbox time being say four days for me and three for him; failing to include the first 6-7 days of non-playing. Emailed support and was informed "for issues related with tournaments please post them in the forum" with a link to here.

It turns out that in the game you got timed out, the game did in fact spend more time with you than with him.
Here is the Action Log for the game.
The round started at 10.00 on 7th June, and ended at 10.00 on 21st June.
If you add it all up, the game was with you about 7 hours longer than with him. (In the other game, the extra day the game was with him at the beginning tipped it the other way.)
Note also that if the system was ignoring the time prior to first upload, he would in fact have timed out, as the game was with you for over 24 hours at the beginning of the round.

Oh no! Thanks for looking into it. I'd missed the emails for his last turn.
