Hello, I play Red Steel campaign and I have operation Mars after Stalingrad. How did I reach there? Will be operation Uranus after operation Iskre and Mars or I need to restart and do something differently?

You need a major victory at Stalingrad to continue with Uranus, which means you need to achieve all objectives, both primary and secondary. If you only have a "normal" victory you go to Op. Mars.
