can't claim old games

I have games showing in my current games (My turn - 1) and (opponent's turn - 5 games) that it won't let me claim and clear them out of my multiplayer. Just says "cannot claim this game because it has been updated in the last 30 days" which it hasn't as the games are from november last year - April time period so definitely over 30 days. The one that says its my turn, says "downloading game" when i hit play, and then just stops and stays on the multiplayer home screen to allow me to hit play again or refresh. Please assist in clearing this stuff up. thank you!
