Failed to create Vulkan device

Hello, I just got the game. When I tried to launch it, I got an error saying "Failed to create Vulkan device." (I will attach the screenshot of the error)
I checked, and my GPU driver was up to date, and I have GTX 1080 which is on a higher spectrum, and my brother who also has the same GPU runs the game perfectly fine.
My Windows10 is also up to date, it updated last night. I also tried to revert the game to 1.2.6 (OpenGL) and it worked fine.
From a brief search I saw other people have had similar issues. So, I will attach my dxdiag file and the logs. (I had to zip them because it did not allow me to upload them individually)

without a error report and system log, it's hard to say for sure what it is, so more information is needed as per sticky

I have added msinfo as zipped file now. But what do you mean by "error report"? I have attached ErrorReporter and Gladius.error as a zip file in my original post.

sorry didn't read the full notes, so didn't see the DXR report attached, try loading windows in safemode and see if the game then works, as it looks like something else is conflicting with the game, but without know what's loaded with windows, i can't tell what, if loading in safemode and the game works, then you may have to disable so background apps and programs pre loaded with windows and see which one conflicts

Sorry for replying a bit late
I launched the PC in safe mode and now I get a different error. I will attach the screenshot of the error and the logs and error reports.
But I don't know what DXR report is. How do I get it?

Additionally you may be requested to provide a snapshot of your computer’s hardware and software configuration to help us diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

To obtain the DxDiag file:
1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save.

Hello, I did provide dxdiag in the first filez.zip file I attached
and system info is in msinfo zip file attached later in this thread

thanks, only error i can find is this one,
Marked content corrupt
clear cache and cookies on steam,
Open Steam. On the title bar go to Steam>Settings. In the Settings window, go to the 'Web Browser' tab and click the 'Delete web browser cache' button. You can optionally also clear cookies from the browser but it will have no impact on reducing/eliminating lag.
clear the download folder, which will log you out of steam, so make sure you have your user name and password to log back in, then and only then

can you Verify game file integrity and retry the game once it's done.
