Hello, I have a number of grand strategy games, but I was wondering if there is a ww2 era (30s through the war) game that one can play both turn based AND choose your country instead of playing ALL the axis or allies. Like, I could play just Finland instead of Germany etc. I know Hearts of Iron IV does this, but I really prefer turn based. Any suggestions? Slitherine/Matrix or otherwise...

I should mention I do enjoy the Strategic Command games, and have been thinking about Warplan, though I don't want to try to run ALL the Axis countries.

Any recommendations?

Much as I like tactical games that are turn based, I'd like to play a "larger picture."
