I AM STILL HAVING THIS UNREAL ENGINE PROBLEM EVEN WITH A FRESH INSTALL AND UPGRADE OF PC2!!!

WHEN THE GAME FINALLY CAME UP ...the picture that appeared was a jumbled mess of colors barely discernable as the PC2 game....

The errors I see here are consistant with a failing or unsupported graphics card.

Can you tell me what graphics card you have?

I have an AMD Radeon (TM) R4 graphics...I have already updated any drivers for it....I have also turned off antivirus and firewall...no change..I still get the same problems I listed before..

OK...GO figure this one all you techies..MY PC2 game will play perfectly if I hold down the F1 ,F2,F3 or F4 buttons along the top left of my keyboard. Any one of those buttons if depressed will give me a normal-looking game.So is this thing haunted or is the video card underneath those buttons?...

You don't have a graphics card, that is why you are seeing all kinds of funky behaviour.

Radeon R4 is a built-into-the-cpu GPU and is barely capable of playing older, weaker games.

You need an actual, real graphics card to play Panzer Corps 2. You don't meet the minimum requirements with an R4.

Then how come when I hold down either the f1,f2, or f3 keys on my keyboard the game graphics are perfect. And I can play the game as before....this graphics problem all started when the latest update .21 was installed in my game..I'm beginning to think this thing is haunted!!!

Your system only has 4GB RAM and your R4, integrated graphics have none at all, so it is physically incapable of running the game 'perfectly'.

This is way below the minimum specs the game is advertised to run on and as such, I'm sorry to say but the team are unable to provide you with any meaningful assistance.

ok...it runs slow but it runs...this unreal engine and the last update.21. really messed it up for me....I just hope someone has the IQ to figure out the fix because I am not the only one who has this problem..I have worked around some things to get the game to work...updated drivers and such...see my other message posted here.

It won't work well if you don't have 8GB RAM and a dedicated video card with at least 2GB VRAM.
I'm sorry but Integrated cards are good for office work and 2D games, not 3D games.

Well...then if you insist...what should I have installed on my gaming laptop???

A new laptop with a dedicated video graphic with at least 4GB VRAM and 16GB RAM.
That's a standard gaming laptop nowadays.
