Has anyone else noticed that many of the models for the arachnids are closely, if not entirely based on the mongoose miniatures models? Plasma bug for comparison.

Nice, and it would be really difficult to do a cross comparison.
The Movies/Chronicles/Dark Horse/Mongoose/Markosia/etc.

As we are on Slitherine, it would be no suprise if it is based on the Miniature game or the Role Playing Game books.
So many different artists, pencilists and colorists worked on the art.

Fyi, did you know that the original Warrior Bug is closely based on previous artwork of Tremors.
