Is there a (well 4 actually) video AAR that does just:
in battlefield europe ver 2.2
1) Just taking leningrad the cheap and easy way.
2) Just getting tobruk iether before or after the pass counter attack
3) Just taking malta as quickly and easily as possible
4) Just taking the uk ditto

The problem with AARs for BFE is they are hours long and the info you want i.e. specific cities tends to be impossible to find in them.

I don't think it exists yet for version 2.2

I think no video AAR of v2.2 has been made yet. In fact the only comprehensive video AAR in English is still being made by goose_2 but he is playing v2.0. He did the first 2 points earlier, but yes, these are relatively long real time gameplay videos and it may be a little hard to find what you really look for.

However, faos333 has started creating tips videos so maybe we can ask him to make such short videos later. Currently he is still dealing with the basics of the mod but perhaps later he may decide to make some in-depth tactical videos like these as well.

But the thing is, this mod is fairly complex and there are different solutions for the points that you listed, and they also affect each other. For example it is relatively easy to capture Malta if you transfer the Ju 87 with the Rudel hero there escorted by 1-2 German fighter units as early as in 1941 and supported by some local Italian planes. Then it can be done by spring 1942 or with some luck even by the end of 1941, but then there will be less air units available for the invasion of the UK in the first winter or the capture of Tobruk. So doing one of these makes the others harder if you do them at the same time.

Also there are several altenative ways to capture Leningrad, some players prefer to attack it as early as possible by transfering 4-5 artillery units and 2-3 strategic bombers there and fully suppress and force surrender its defenders one by one. But other players prefer to capture it later, e.g. when the the Panther becomes available and use these superior tanks to break through easier.

Focus on one thing is often critical to success IMHO

Very good idea, these short videos can help a lot, we will add them later on in the channel.

Actually the most usefull one would be:
The QUICKEST taking of the oilfields, forgetting evreything else just going straight for the oilfields.

hello after finishing with the basics our next move on short video tips is to show all the things you are talking about and ofcourse the oil fields and the end of the oil crisis.

But as Mc Guba says, this mod is fairly complex and there are different solutions for the points that you listed, and they also affect each other.
