A group of us has started playing converted FOG I campaign to FOG II.

All campaigns are human vs human.

TESB consists of historical armies within this time period. It is not historical(ish) but a "what if" campaign. As in what if Persia decided to invade before Macedon.

There are always 10 players in control of 1, 2 or more kingdoms.

Each player has 7 "tracks" consisting of a Capital province, home province and border province for your kingdom, adjacent to is a potential enemies capital, home and border province. This is set up on an Excel spreadsheet. It means that you have 6 to 8 of these tracks

Each player has a 1500 and 1350 point army to attack with. You can only attack twice per turn, 1 per enemy

There will be 6 to 8 enemies to attack (maybe less if you have agreed peace)

Orders are sent to me and can be very simple. 1500 point army attacks Sparta, 1350 point army attacks Gandhara (Indian)

If you are attacked and your main armies are not involved, levy defences are assembled. They will be 1125, 1200 and 1275

Which means that each turn (3 weeks) you can have 2 to 7 battles (3 to 4 is the norm).

All battles are Open, Pre-determined terrain, 40W x 32H maps and 20 turns for all other battles.

18 turns for levy defences and 38W x 30H maps.

Communication is by email as attachments will be included and or private messages to issue challenges

Well..I can certainly help out!! I didn't get a chance to pick the faction I wanted...however, I can die in a grotesque, screaming, and begging manner with the Carthaginians..know NOTHING about the other faction..but if you get in a pinch..I will always play!! So I guess i am saying "count me in". Any rules I need to know please forward!!

We will be able to begin turn 4 in a few days. Having your email is needed. As players will contact you and you contact them to arrange a short term peace and for sending in orders.

OOOOK...LOL, I just spent 4 hours playing the Carthage long Campaign against Rome to get acquainted with them (won too!!)..I will try and find the Rhoxolani faction and figure them out...so for the next tournament..you get to pick by the order you hear or sign up about it? Good with me..hope you start a newsletter for this..GREAT IDEA!! Eric...Sorry if I am being a last minute pest...I just got into Fog 2 and tried to find the Rhox.... (don't have it in front of me) army or campaign to get used to it and ..i can't find it. Are they by another name in history? I know your busy...but i suppose everyone does want a capable opponent...thanks

It is in army list. I think it was from Immortal Fire. Make sure you have all armies visible.

Do you have Immortal Fire as a DLC?. The Carthaginian army is from 410 to 341 BC

There are a maximum of 10 turns. If you are playing in this campaign. You'll be able to take part in the next one.

BTW we have 3 players now, we only need 2 so a quick yes and include your email address in a private message

WEll...I have the Game..the only DLC I have is Fog2 Persia/ And that could never be confused with this one. I did look in custom battles and found them (they were grouped in with the Sarmatians). I CAN make an army and play others in Immortal fire. It is under Campaigns. Fog 2 if your not real familiar with it puts stuff in weird places...I am game..just don't know the faction, and how well I will put up a battle in a long Campaign. That being said...I don't quit and WILL give it all I have...let me know..if you have someone else, that is fine. Just put me on the list for the next one PLEASE!!

Our games are not Slitherine campaigns they are "normal" battles between armies in the DLCs.

Yes we have found the 10 players now so have our full compliment.

The campaigns that I have converted are available to all. You would need to find 10 players with all the DLCs needed, one of these would run it.

However, If you could enlighten me I would appreciate it...This is Fog 2 not Fog 1 where you have different 'Books' I just checked and i have everything there is in Fog 2 including the Persian DLC....I did find one Rhoxilian (sp) campaign and just played it and barely lost. if there iS DLC I don't have...could you PLEASE tell me where to find it as I do want all the 'Books' as I have in Fog 1 Thanks for your time, please enlighten me on this..it is important

Thank you ...I did...only one I do not have is Medieval as it really doesn't interest me..keep me in mind for the next one...appreciate it sorry if I seemed brusque....it seemed like it was going 100 mph as everyone was up to speed and i was trying to catch up...You know from Fog 1 I never miss a turn and play hard...keep me in mind. I KNOW how hard these things are, I ran a Softball complex part time and had tournaments every weekend. Same questions over and over...sorry if I jammed you up!!

Will be looking to start a new campaign soon. Players will vote on 3 campaigns, the winner is the one we will play. Players then choose their armies based on experience, ability and rankings. The newest player would have first choice of army.

We are also looking at a new scoring system

Thanks to PH lewis I know WHAT I want to do, but not sure who to do it to or how to post it..lol. Since I don't know who is attacking me, I don't know who to look for...The games I want to post... I want to defend Messina with 1500 +150 point army as well as attack Greek cit state Patras with 1350 point army. I am asking alot...but am trying my best to be timely and have not been contacted by who I am at war with....I am ready to fight..just not sure if there is a password or who to put the name of the opponet on...duh Your a good sport...I have run many tourneys in sports...not fun and most can be a pain in the butt. But if they are willing to show up on time, and play hard...I will get them going. I am just afraid (from expieriance) that it is getting so tedious...it is easier too start stepping away...Please don't. with your guidence and patiance (as much as you have to bite your lip AND tounge) we may have something that will be ongoing for a lONG time....Regardless...THANK YOU for theoppoutunity and good luck!!
