Messages seen by everyone still?

I do not frequent these forums as often as I should, but I know a long standing bug allowing everyone in a multiplayer scenario seeing all text - despite it being meant for your ally's eyes only.
Has this been fixed yet?

As far as I know, the messages are still seen by all. The person-to-person messages might be secure but the ones to Allies definitely are NOT.
BTW, I am really enjoying the Sicily 3.3 match with you and VonKing.
