I am new to forum and game. Searched but can't find how to mod files to unlock Imperial Legion Reform, Marian Legion Reform and build Campus Martius?? How do you modify Roman units to make them LOW cost upkeep and stronger attack/defend stats? Thanks for any help or advice on these questions.
