No pbem Turns to play

In my e-mail box i received messages from Slitherine PBEM ++ Challenge next turn!, so my opponents have played but when I check in game it says:
• My Turn (0)
• Opponent’s turn (5)
I contacted my opponents and indeed they have been playing, but I cannot play my turns!.
What is going wrong here?
