Future Companion Books rec.

I have 4 companion army books so far. I have found them to be surprisingly well done and better than most of the reviews give them credit for.

I have found one way to turn them from good to great however (possibly for Napoleonic, Renaissance, or the Asian or Americas books if possible!).

The army books for "Ancient Warfare" and "Medieval Warfare" rules (both by Terry Gore) include a list of historical opponenets for each army list. I have found this very helpful for armies I am not as familiar with (and even some I am very familiar with!).

Just a small request/ suggestion. Hope that its received well. 8)

"Kaiser Franz and his undying empire"

They could have titles like "The tricolour rising", "Eagles triumphant" and "The hunded days war"

Too late for all the ancients books I'm afraid. For example we finished Blood and Gold shortly after Christmas.

It might be too late for the books, however it is a good idea that I might try to add into the structure of the WIKI - how about this as an example?

Yes, it wouldn't take much:

French - everyone
everyone else - French.
