just one question : is the weather always a cosmetic function ? still not possible to change the climate during a scenario? ( i know that climate is different from weather in the game)

Weather is cosmetic.
You cannot change the climate during a scenario. It would be nice to be able to script ie a change from mud to snow. I wouldn't mind the trigger forcing a scenario restart.
