I've tried to search on the forum (and in the game) but i can't find a way to chose on which monitor the game will start. Is there any way to do it ?

Yes. It starts on main monitor. I would like to be able to chose, but i think there is no way to do it :-/

What happens if you press Alt+Tab? On Windows 10 you should get back into normal view again. Can you then move the PzC window to the second screen (with the mouse across the right edge of the main screen)? I have never tried it with PzC... just a wild idea...

Other than that, you can change which of your screens is the main / default screen:
