Missing dll thing, should I be worried?

Every time I click the desktop icon to start PC2 on my Win 7 PC, the message below comes up; I ignore it and click 'OK' to get rid of it and the game starts and runs perfectly!
Shall I carry on ignoring it or should I be worried?
