Do phalanx and heavy infantry also suffer some kind of penalty fighting in hill terrain? It mentions mountains but not hills. Macedonia which I am playing in our PBEM game is surrounded by mountains and hills. This is our second game and trying to build more balanced Macedonian forces.

I checked and my Macedonian Phalanx units do not suffer a combat penalty in Hills terrain.
