Is there a way to tell which DLCs are needed to play a given unofficial scenario or campaign?

Am I even asking the right question?

For custom cams with maps made from scratch you'd just need the most recent patch to make sure you have units and other stuff that those cams may use.

I dunno if any non-official content uses the official DLC maps - then you'd need the DLC they were made for. But this should be mentioned by those who did those campaigns or scenarios.
