Resigning from the Game and Other Questions

With update 1.3.6 now available plus we used the time we have played this first PBEM game as a learning exercise I don't see in the manual how we can resign from the game.
I also noticed in the strategy section of the manual indicating that you could free slaves but also can't find how you do that.
Finally, when hovering over an enemy fortified city there is a POW number. What does that mean?
Thanks.

Free or sale slaves is the National Decision you get. Be aware that you need free decision slot (less than 3 decisions hanging) and slave markets to get it. I won't go into details on probability formulae from the code. Just use the rule of thumb of 4 slave markets per nation for a decent rate of this decision showing up. Slave markets also have a range to them, so they are best situated in the regions where you gonna build culture/loyalty and that are closer to frontier.
Another option is Disperse Slaves Regional Decision. It's a unique one at how it works. Other decisions work before the stack movement. You need one unit stationary in the targeted region for the whole turn to make this one work. You can't apply it and move your unit thinking that it will be complete.

POW is short for Power. This is an abstract value so that you can judge the combat strength of two different stacks.

Power is also checked for some regional decisions, it factored in into AI decision making on when and how to DOW (declare war) you, diplomacy system, raiding chance, etc. The later parts can be based on number of units and their quality, but Pow is involved indirectly since it increased by producing new units and reflect those same statistics.

Thank you for your replies. How do we resign from our current game? Or is there a way we can end it?
If understand POW correctly it is an indication of the strength of the units in the fortification vs. their strength actual strength of the unit itself.

It's just a number. If you have a line of your best infantry equal to the frontage of the terrain, supported by light cavalry and flanked by heavy cavalry, with a good General, then you should be okay.

Ok, thanks for the explanation of POW.
We want to start a new PBEM game but as I mentioned none of us know how to resign or delete our existing game.
