When the game tries to start it gives me:

Can't find directory: Temp/
Please reinstall Close Combat: Modern Tactics

I tried reinstalling on two different discs and i get the same error.
About to ask for a refund if I don't get a solution fast.

Does the folder exist? It should be in Documents/My Games/CloseCombatModernTactics. I would also try deleting the Documents/My Games/CloseCombatModernTactics folder and rerunning the game. If it still fails to create it then you might need to look at whether something is preventing the game from creating the folders.
