Slitherine

i just downloaded the 41 DLC, looking great so far. I've started 2 campaigns exported 2 different armies from past campaigns. both completed the 1940 DLC. I chose rapid deployment for both. in game it shows combat odds f i move curser over an enemy, but if I move past the V I remain in my vehicle. is this an intended change or a bug with the new update? I have used it in all the other campaigns before this last update and its always worked before.
