Cannot upgrade

As several scenarios are missing from my Order of Battle menu, I thought an upgrade might solve my problem.
However... after a message that an upgrade did exist and an attempt to upgrade, I got an error screen:
Unable to download file
An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file
Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Try downloading from Home -> My Page

You're right, it looks old. I mean, "9Volkskrieg"? I recall vaguely that was the name for the Endsieg DLC in the beta state.
@Irlandos: What's the version of your installation of the game? It's displayed on the very first screen at the bottom.

It's version 7.1.4 (64 bit)

The latest version is 9.00.

There could be windows firewall preventing you to connect to FTP (file transfer protocol) sites ?

And the answer is... Yes!
I turned off the firewall and was able to upgrade to version 9! I never had such a problem before!
