.21 will not install

Bought Panzer Corps 2 v1.0.20 from GOG and have been playing for a week. Tried to install 1.0.21 but got the ridiculous error message that I do not have Panzer Corp 2 installed !!!! WTF !!!! Suggestions please ?!?!?!

I had the same problem with an older update too. Therefore I can tell if you buy at GOG, you need the update from GOG too.
But I checked a few minutes ago: V1.1.21 is not avilable at GOG jet.
Can anyone tell, whan it will be available at GOG?
