Note it is coming 1 April folks. I do love the Pink Panzers reference!
And the Americans copied the camouflage pattern on at least one of their submarines.

Found another, 'Pinkie' this time a Land rover used by the SAS

Not WW2 era but in 1968, 72 were painted pink as more effective camouflage in the desert.

Not sure of the claim in this or the land rover that they were painted pink for early morning raids.

Apparently the Russians are wearing desert pink in Syria. These from a reddit post so some skepticism needed.
